Highlights

Day 1, there was a remark on Nigeria Nutrition Status by Mrs Sugra T. Mahmoud, Director Nutrition & Food Safety, FMAFS, masterclasses on biofortified recipe development training organized by HarvestPlus and then panel discussions on – The Role of state ministries of agriculture & health to improve the enabling environment for biofortified crops and Climate change: A myth or reality, what are the mitigation strategies to help SHFs sustain their livelihoods.

Day 2, there was panel discussion on the role of women extension officers in ensuring access to nutritious foods at the community levels and the launch of Kaduna State Smart Mother Initiative.

Esomchi Foods exhibited her amazing foods products and as usual we had a rush at our booth.

On the overall, it was a very informative, productive and memorable food fair
